OneTen’s mission is to hire, promote and advance one million Black individuals who do not have a four-year degree into family-sustaining careers over the next ten years.

Partner with organizations and initiatives that support the employment and professional development of black Americans. Help create a more diverse and inclusive job market by actively recruiting and hiring qualified black candidates.
