About The Role

The IT Support Technician will provide technical support to OneTen’s employees, ensuring that their technology-related needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and maintaining computer systems, and providing training on technology-related topics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for employees
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and equipment
  • Provide training and support for employees on technology-related topics
  • Maintain inventory of computer equipment and software licenses
  • Monitor and maintain network performance
  • Communicate effectively with employees and management to identify and resolve technology-related issues
  • Participate in IT projects as needed



  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with network administration and security a plus
